In our fifties many aspects of
the aging process take center stage. These can include physical changes,
empty nest syndrome, caregiving, planning for retirement and the experience
we have named "The Age Epiphany" when we realize that "we
are not getting any younger". Thus, much of our work is aimed toward
this age group. However, as my vibrant 82 year old neighbor likes to remind
me there are many people beyond the fifty something stage that want to focus
on aging well too. Also many people in their thirties want to know preventive
strategies and caregiver tips. So even twenty, thirty and forty somethings
can benefit from our information.
